Return and Refund Policy –
we comply with applicable consumer protection laws within the European Union while offering our products to customers in the United States. Below is our return and refund policy:
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)
If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right:
- The product must be returned unused, in good condition, and in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Once the product is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued, including standard initial shipping costs.
Extended Return Policy for Defective Products (Up to 90 Days)
Dreamcast offers an extended 90-day return period for products that are:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Not functioning properly within the stated period
In these cases:
- Dreamcast will cover return shipping costs

Limitations
Outside of the 14-day withdrawal period (where applicable), returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
- Dissatisfaction not related to product defects

Resolution
Once the request is reviewed, our team will provide further instructions. If approved:
