Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If tracking is available, it will be included in the email.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Dreamcast is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order.
